About this space
The venue is an open pole barn location sitting on over 2 acres. The space is styled modern chic with an urban twist in a country setting. Couples may have their ceremony out on our spacious great lawn and then celebrate with family and friends up in our main reception open area.
The Serendipity Space is an excellent choice for intimate receptions for up to 80 guests. Being an open, blank canvas, you may transform the space to any theme you desire. The venue is decorated with market string lights, large sun shades and creative artwork with positive affirmations. Our cozy lounge furniture is modern and stylish. Dance floor lighting as well as uplights are available if desired. Our extra large celling fan along with an extra large drum fan help keep our space cool in the summer months.
We have a main gathering area, a patio, the galley which is split into our lounge and catering area and a yoga/game area.
We specialize in custom weddings and have a variety of resources such as event planners and coordinators along with pro industry vendors ready to help you bring your vision to life. The Serendipity Space is also home to G Clef Productions DJ Entertainment, booking the top wedding and event DJs. With literally thousands of weddings under our belt, we are ready to party with you and your guests!
Although weddings are our favorite, we also host events such as birthdays, quinces, showers and mitzvahs.

-Music off by 10pm; no bass bins allowed in venue.
-No outside alcohol permitted. Alcohol MUST be secured through our bartending vendor.
-No drugs of any kind permitted on property
-Smoking only in the designated smoking area
-Customer/host is responsible for set up and clean up of their event. Facilities must be restored to its original state prior to the booking time.
-Dog Friendly
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
