This lounge is set up to handle all kinds of gatherings, from birthday parties and weddings to baby showers and corporate events. The layout is open and flexible, so it’s easy to adjust depending on how formal or relaxed you want the event to feel.
The space can host up to 150 guests and comes with a professional sound system, DJ setup capability, ambient lighting, and a dedicated bar area. You can customise the floor plan to suit dining, dancing, or a mix of both. It’s a straightforward, adaptable venue that makes planning a larger event feel manageable.

Host rules
1. Capacity & Access
Maximum occupancy: 150 guests (strictly enforced).
Event host is responsible for guest count.
No loitering outside the venue.
All events must end by agreed contracted time.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following are NOT allowed inside or outside the venue:
No illegal substances of any kind.
No weapons.
No open flames (candles, sparklers, fireworks) without prior written approval.
No confetti, glitter, powder cannons, or smoke bombs.
No attaching items to walls, ceilings, or fixtures using nails, screws, staples, or tape that damages paint.
No standing on furniture.
No disorderly conduct, fighting, or aggressive behavior.
Immediate event termination may occur if these rules are violated.
3. Alcohol Policy (If Applicable)
Alcohol may not be sold on premises without proper licensing.
If BYOB is permitted, host assumes full responsibility for distribution and guest behavior.
4. Setup & Breakdown
Setup and breakdown time must occur within the rented timeframe.
All décor must be removed at the end of the event.
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins.
Host is responsible for any damages caused by guests, vendors, or decorators.
5. Music & Sound
Music must remain at reasonable levels per city noise ordinances.
Doors must remain closed while music is playing.
6. Vendors & Equipment
All outside vendors must be approved in advance and provide COI (Certificate of Insurance) if required.
No unauthorized use of venue equipment.
DJ and sound equipment must be handled by qualified operators.
7. Security & Liability
Security may be required for events
Host is financially responsible for any damage to property.
Studio 92 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
9. Promotion & Publicity
Events must not be promoted beyond agreed capacity.
We reserves the right to deny entry once capacity hits.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
