Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and required deposit are necessary to secure your event date.
Full payment must be completed prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Event times include setup and breakdown unless specified differently in your contract.
Setup & Breakdown
Access to the venue is limited to the time stated in your agreement.
All décor, rentals, and personal items must be removed by the end of your scheduled time.
Additional fees may apply if breakdown exceeds the agreed time.
Capacity & Supervision
Guest count must not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed by the venue.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The event host is responsible for the behavior of all guests during the event.
Cleanliness & Damage
The venue must be left in the condition it was provided.
Any damage to the facility, furnishings, or equipment will result in repair or replacement fees.
Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
Decorations
Decorations are welcome but must not cause damage to walls, floors, ceilings, or fixtures.
Nails, screws, staples, tape that leaves residue, and adhesives are not permitted.
Confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, or similar materials are not allowed unless approved in advance.
Food & Beverage
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted unless stated otherwise in your agreement.
Alcohol is only allowed with prior approval and must comply with all local laws.
No illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
Noise & Conduct
Music volume must remain at a reasonable level and comply with local noise regulations.
Disorderly conduct, unsafe behavior, or illegal activity will not be tolerated.
Venue staff reserves the right to end the event if rules are violated.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
