To ensure a great experience for all guests, please review the following:
General Rules
• Rental time includes setup and breakdown. Please book enough time to complete your session.
• Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the listed hourly rate.
• Guests must leave the space in the same condition it was found.
• Please be respectful of the space, equipment, and property.
• Studio lighting, podcast equipment, and backdrops must be handled with care.
Guest & Event Guidelines
• Only the number of guests included in your booking are allowed unless approved in advance.
• Events, parties, and gatherings must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• No illegal activity is permitted.
Prohibited Items
• No smoking inside the studio.
• No glitter, confetti, powder, paint, or messy materials without prior approval.
• No open flames unless approved.
Setup, Cleaning, and Damages
• Basic cleaning is required after your booking (trash disposed, items returned).
• A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left excessively dirty.
• Any damages will be charged to the booking guest.
