1. Member Connections: Enjoy connecting, collaborating, and sharing ideas with fellow Magnolia Woods members. However, direct solicitation of other members is not permitted as it can be disruptive.

2. Professional Workspace: Magnolia Woods is primarily a place for work. While we encourage an open and collaborative community, maintaining a professional environment is essential, and members are responsible for striking the right balance.

3. Membership Requirement: All individuals using Magnolia Woods must be paid members. Exceptions include non-members visiting for up to 3 hours for business-related meetings or with a purchased Day Pass. Members are responsible for their guests and must meet in designated areas.

4. Security Measures: Please refrain from sharing door codes to maintain a safe and secure community. Sharing codes with non-members may lead to membership termination.

5. Desk and Membership Access: Dedicated Desks and Unlimited Monthly Coworking Memberships are non-transferable. Only the registered member has access to their desk.

6. Kitchen Cleanliness: Members are expected to keep the kitchen area clean. Ensure your dishes are washed and put away, and kindly attend to your guests' dishes to maintain a tidy environment for all.
