The sound system is properly set up too, with a mixer that keeps audio clear across the room. BYOB & Alcohol Service Policy
1623 Event Studio permits Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) for private events under the following conditions:
Event Insurance Requirement
All events where alcohol will be present must purchase an event liability insurance policy that includes host liquor liability coverage. This may be obtained through the venue’s recommended provider or a provider of your choice, subject to approval.
TABC-Certified Bartender Required
All alcohol service must be handled by a TABC-certified bartender selected from the venue’s approved vendor list. No self-service of alcohol is permitted at any time.
Alcohol Handling Upon Arrival
All alcohol brought onto the premises must be immediately turned over to the bartender upon arrival. Guests are not permitted to bring or retain alcohol outside of bartender control.
Compliance with Texas Law
All alcohol service must comply with applicable Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) laws and regulations. The venue reserves the right to refuse or stop alcohol service at any time for safety or compliance reasons.
