Please leave the house in the same condition you found it. Should you need to move furniture, please obtain prior approval.
We will seek replacement costs for any damages to the property or furniture. Please report all damages to us immediately.
Child Safety: The home is not childproof and children must be supervised at all times.
Safety & Energy Saving: Close all windows and lock the door using the keypad whenever you leave.
Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home.
Cigarette Disposal: Cigarette butts must be placed in trash cans and not left on the property or additional fees will apply.
Open Flames & Candles: Candles and open flames are prohibited and removing smoke detectors will result in a $250 charge.
Damages & Breakages: All damages or malfunctions must be reported immediately.
Furniture: Do not move furniture. Any damage caused will be the responsibility of the renter.
