The Dancehouse presents an open, high-ceilinged studio anchored by a wooden dance floor and a curtained stage area. The studio receives natural daylight and the curtains offer substantial control over incoming light while a dark rear wall creates a neutral backdrop.

Room features: An on-site PA system and speakers provide amplified sound for in-house use. The venue provides Wi‑Fi, wheelchair access and enforces a noise restriction that limits amplified or late-night activity.

- No FOOD is allowed in the studio unless it's an EVENT RENTAL.
- Do not use Rosin or Baby Powder on the floor.
- Please leave the room is exactly as you found it or better!
- EVERY PERSON that enters The Dancehouse MUST SIGN the release form on the table in the entrance.
- NO smoking/vaping/alcohol/drugs/illegal activity anywhere on premises.
- NO BURNING INCESE OR SAGE, and NO NOISE OUTSIDE THE STUDIO of any kind after 10pm.
- CLEAN UP must be completed BEFORE the end of your rental time. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR GOING OVER YOUR RENTAL TIME.
- NO live drumming (unless ask Jaami in advance).
- No tap/folkloric shoes on wood (must use vinyl flooring).
- NO confetti or glitter
- NO balloon popping
- NO candles/fire
- NO nails, pins, or duct tape for decorations - painters tape only
- NO food on stage/platform

The Dancehouse was a perfect location for my daughter’s 16th birthday dance party. They provide everything you need with easily to follow instructions on setting up the space. The garage door opening was huge to let in the cool air as the kids danced! The host was very communicative and warm and welcoming. The patio out front was a perfect hang out spot for the parents who helped chaperone. The venue comes with tables and chairs and great lighting options. Really it had everything we needed! Perfect spot! Also, the venue itself is very artfully decorated and just a cool vibe.
The trashcans are small, waste basket size, so we brought our own so we wouldn’t have to take bags out all evening. This is a very nitpicky thing but if you are having food and drinks, I definitely recommend bringing your own.
