About this space
Our 2900 sq ft daylight studio is really a one of a kind right in the heart of San Diego! The space features 25 foot heigh ceilings, two lofted areas, three skylights, a full kitchen, bathroom and wall full of east facing windows with some exposed brick that bring a bit of character and life to the space and fill it with natural light. We've specifically designed the space to cater to a wide variety of projects or events like:
- Weddings
- Small to Large Gatherings/Events
- Photo shoots
- Video shoots
- Styled Editorial Shoots
- Couples Shoots + Boudoir Shoots
- Blogger/Influencer Content Creation Space
- The options are really endless!
When you first walk into the space, you're greeted with abundant natural light coming in from our east facing windows and our three skylights that act as soft diffused light boxes from above. There's a couch/seating area for your crew to take breaks, hold meetings or shoot in (the choice is yours! ) and there's a full kitchen which can be used as break area for you and your crew or as a content creation space! We also feature two lofted areas that can be used to get a higher view or can be used for DJs, break areas, etc during events.
You also have access to a variety of backdrops and furniture in the space that you can utilize in many ways depending on your needs! The studio is well lit throughout the day with even natural light coming from our east facing windows and skylights. The windows also provide a bit of direct light in the early morning hours before 11:30am whilst the skylights are always diffused light.

- All rentals include setup and teardown time (overtime is charged in 30 minute increments)
- Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
- Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
- Outside catering is allowed
- No smoking in the building
- No smoke machines allowed
- No glitter/confetti (A $200 fee will be charged for glitter clean up)

The location but not the building.
The common areas were dirty The shared baths were disgusting there was another event there at the same time and the people must have trashed the whole place There was no ramp at the main entrance of the building You could tell that the building was not up to code in many areas

The space was so open and lovely! Access to the kitchen and refrigerator were very help during during the event, and there was more furniture than pictured in the listing which was amazing because we didn't have to bring tables. My guests LOVED the photobooth!! Super high ceilings and private venue. The owner and the event manager were super helpful!
Parking was not ideal, if you are having a lot of guests consider telling them to uber - but that is not a reflection of the space itself, just crazy downtown SD.
