The Nerissa is a 73-foot luxury motor yacht and private event venue on San Diego Bay, hosting as few as 2 and up to 49 guests. From an elegant, chef-prepared dinner for two to a corporate group of any size or a full celebration of 49, she offers a refined, fully private setting — with the corporate sweet spot around 30 to 40. USCG-certified and professionally crewed, Nerissa pairs relaxed coastal elegance with seamless, behind-the-scenes service for hosts who want an elevated experience without complication.
Designed for comfort and flow, Nerissa features a climate-controlled main salon and a fully open upper sky deck — one of the largest open-air decks of any yacht her size on the bay, made for live music and dancing, with room for a full band or DJ and a dance floor. She also offers a bow lounge, a back cockpit, and a beautifully lit quartzite bar in its own dedicated space. Four onboard restrooms mean no lines, even with a full group. Guests cruise past iconic landmarks — the downtown skyline, USS Midway, and Coronado Bridge — a stunning backdrop for daytime and sunset events.

Every charter includes a licensed captain and five-star crew. Bar service is flexible — hosted open bar, tab bar, or cash bar — and catering is arranged through trusted preferred partners.
Boarding is at the Sheraton Hotel & Marina on Harbor Island — close to the airport and downtown — with no docking fee. Pickup at additional San Diego Bay locations is available for a flat fee. Prices
Minimum hire duration: 2 hours (3 hours on Saturdays).
Boarding: No fee for pickup and drop-off at the Sheraton Hotel & Marina on Harbor Island. A $900 fee applies for most off-site pickup and drop-off locations, such as downtown or other San Diego Bay locations.
Bar & crew: Every charter includes a fully stocked bar with a professional bartender and a top-notch crew. No BYOB. Open bar service is available at $25 per person per hour (plus tax). We also offer cash bar or tab/consumption bar options if that suits your group better.

House Rules — Nerissa
We keep Nerissa immaculate charter after charter, and a few simple guidelines help us do it:
• Footwear: Soft, light-soled sneakers or boat shoes (white or tan) are welcome, and many guests love going barefoot — part of the relaxed "vacation mode" feel. For heels, platforms, or dark-soled shoes - we provide a bin to store your shoes clean and covered until you disembark.
• Bar service: A fully stocked bar with a professional bartender is included on every charter. No outside alcohol (no BYOB). Open bar, cash bar, and tab/consumption options are available.
• Restrooms: Our marine restrooms have a delicate system — please flush only what your body produces (no paper, wipes, or products). Bins are provided.
• Keep an eye on little ones near cabinets, rails, and the docks.
• Safety first: Boarding and moving about the yacht call for care, as the vessel moves with the water. Absolutely no illegal or non-prescription drugs onboard, ever. Our captain and crew have final say on all safety matters.
• Events: Fully private charters only — no promoted or ticketed public events.
• Booking & cancellation: All reservations require approval and a signed charter agreement. The deposit is non-refundable,
