A rectangular studio with grey wood-effect flooring and pale walls that provides a flat, unobstructed rehearsal surface. An exposed-beam ceiling with fans and high-set frosted windows offers limited natural light supplemented by string lights for adjustable ambient illumination.

Room features: A built-in PA and speakers provide on-site music playback for rehearsals and recorded movement. Wall mirrors run along one side and a venue noise restriction governs amplified sound.

Best for: Dance and movement rehearsals, choreography filming and small-group classes suit the studio.
