The venue is an 8,000 sq ft open-plan space arranged for large gatherings.
Capacity supports over 900 people standing or 150–175 seated.

Two full bars are positioned to serve the space evenly. A fixed stage anchors one side, supported by an integrated sound system and ambient lighting infrastructure.

The space includes informal elements such as couches, chalk wall surfaces, and fire pits. Sun shades provide partial cover and define zones without enclosure. Bathrooms are located on site.

Sound levels are regulated, with live music ending at 9:00 pm on weekends and 9:00 pm on weekdays.
