Early Birds - $125.00/hour. We have the option to book earlier than our posted hours of service.

Host rules
Booking begins exactly at the allotted time. All setup and breakdown must be done within such time
No Smoking In the Studio. If there is smoking the client will be charged a $350 fine!
No Confetti, Glitter, or Smoke machine allowed
No pets
You are responsible for all your guest
You are allowed only the amount of attendees you list on booking additional guests will be charged a $10 fee per additional guest per hour
Max of 5-10 Guest allowed For studio
Max of 20 for events
Furniture and props may be moved
No taking props or equipment outside space
No Hanging items on walls
No photos are allowed outside the space
Renters must leave the studio as they found it
If the furniture is has been moved, renters must put everything back before the end of the booking
No Damaging of Property or Equipment
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
