Final attendance for all food and beverage functions must be confirmed with the Sales
Department 14 days before the event. This count will not be subject to reduction within this time
frame and is the minimum number of persons for which you will be charged. If no guarantee is
received, the Sands Harbor Resort and Marina will charge for the expected number of persons
originally contracted, or the number actually served, whichever is higher. Any additional guests
over guaranteed number will be subject to any food and beverage subtotals plus tax, service, and
administrative fee per person. Guests may be wrist-banded upon entry for access to venue and
headcount purposes – Sands Harbor Resort & Marina will provide wristbands if necessary. A
maximum capacity in the space may be enforced. Let the Sales Department know in advance if
you wish to have a max capacity for budgetary reasons. Overage fees and charges for additional
guests (if applicable) due night of event via credit card or cash.
