The ACSCC clubhouse is located on 3.5 pristine tropical acres adjoining Arch Creek, in North Miami, Florida. The historic clubhouse seats up to 149 guests with a large dining room decorated in authentic old European charm.
Our bar is a charming place to socialize before, during, and after any special event. Our club features a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate large and small dining needs. There is also a hardwood dance floor and a performance space for a live band or DJ. We make tables and chairs available on-site for our guests to use during their events.
The library (on the 2nd floor) can be used for many purposes such as meetings, conferences, a dressing room, etc. The ACSCC grounds include several large tropically shaded areas that would be ideal for outdoor weddings and other special events.

The kitchen and oven are provided for warming and staging food. No actual cooking is permitted.
Music, DJs, etc. must comply with City codes regarding permissible noise levels in public places.
All vehicles must park in the designated parking area. No parking in circular access road in front of the building.
The renter is responsible to collect and remit to the state the applicable sales taxes for any articles, food, or beverages sold by the renter during their rental.
If any type of alcohol is sold, the renter is responsible for:
• providing a copy of an event liquor permit,
• providing a copy of their Liquor Liability Insurance Policy naming the ACSCC as an
additional insured,
• not permitting the staff to consume alcohol,
• providing a list prior to the start of the event with the names of those authorized to sell alcohol,
• only those listed as permitted to sell alcohol will do so.
NOT PERMITTED:
• smoking or vaping of any type,
• candles or any open flames (except temporarily on a single cake),
• the fireplace is decorative and cannot be used with any fire,
• fog or smoke type machines,
• staples, thumbtacks, nails, and 2-sided tape anywhere in the building,
• Strippers, Erotic Dancers, Lewd or Lascivious Behavior,
• animal acts, trains, amusement rides, bounce houses, etc.
The deposit will be refunded providing:
The Clubhouse and grounds are left in the condition they were found and nothing is damaged and all rental rules were observed.
The Clubhouse, grounds, and parking lot are all cleaned.
The renter exits by the end time of the contract.
If any of these regulations are found to be in non-compliance, or if the event is canceled by the renter, the security deposit will be forfeited. No Exceptions.
The deposit will be returned or refunded within 2 weeks after the rental.
Events must end no later than 1 am and the Clubhouse & grounds must be completely cleaned and exited no later than 2 am. No Exceptions.
The American Czech-Slovak Cultural Club (ACSCC) Our clubhouse in North Miami provides a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the pleasures of roasted duck, delicious schnitzel, dumplings, and more traditional Czech-Slovak comfort food featured on our specially crafted menus. We welcome you to experience an old European atmosphere, great food, and imported beverages.
You don’t have to be of Czech or Slovak descent to visit our club. We receive many visitors who just want to experience a bit of our culture, and we are happy to help you learn about our heritage and participate in our traditions. Anyone interested in visiting us is more than welcome to join us in enjoying some of the most cherished aspects of Czech and Slovak culture!
