Guests may not touch, move, lean against, or place items on any artwork, sculpture, display, furniture, or gallery fixture.
The booking party is financially responsible for any damage caused by its guests, vendors, staff, or contractors. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No smoking, vaping, candles, open flames, fireworks, or hazardous materials are permitted inside the venue.
Food and beverages must remain within approved event areas and may not be placed near artwork or displays.
Decorations, signage, and installations must be approved in advance. Nails, screws, staples, strong adhesives, and anything that may damage walls, floors, or furnishings are prohibited.
Artwork, furniture, and displays may not be moved without prior approval and assistance from showroom staff.
All entrances, exits, hallways, fire equipment, and emergency access points must remain unobstructed.
Outside vendors must follow all venue rules and may only access the space during approved setup, event, and breakdown times.
Guests must follow the instructions of showroom staff at all times.
The space must be left in the same condition in which it was received.
