Deposit is $500. $200 is for incidentals & date hold (refundable after inspection). $300 goes towards your event.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping in the building
• No staples, push pins, tacks, nails, scotch tape, or duct tape on the walls. Only balloon tape, painters tape and command strips are allowed
• The host must be 21 years old to have alcoholic beverages
• You are responsible for your guests attending your event. Any broken rules or any damage to the property will result in the loss of your deposit
• You must complete the venue inspection form to receive your deposit back. This form will be provided on the day of your event
