The space includes a 4-hour event rental with a 1.5-hour setup and 30-minute breakdown. Two adjoining indoor spaces with central heating, A/C, tables, chairs, lighting, Bluetooth sound system, a projector, and on-site venue manager. Outside catering and alcohol allowed; kitchenette available for prep (no cooking).
