Inside, there are a few different areas to use, including a lounge space, backdrop setup, bar area, and movable furniture you can arrange as needed. You’ve also got lighting gear, props, stands, and chairs available, so it’s easy to adjust the setup depending on what you’re doing.
For events, there are optional add-ons like tables, chairs, and extra setup pieces, so you can shape the space to suit your plans without too much effort.

STUDIO RULES
• Setup and cleanup time must be included within your booked hours.
• No smoking inside the studio or building. A $250 fee will apply.
• Please respect the building and neighboring businesses by keeping music at a reasonable level.
• Hallways are not part of the rental space and cannot be used for gathering or hanging out.
• Guests must clean up after themselves before leaving the studio.
• Any rented tables and chairs must be returned to their original storage area.
• Furniture and props may be moved carefully but must be placed back where found.
• Do not damage walls, floors, furniture, or equipment.
• Glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, and open flames are not allowed unless approved beforehand.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• The studio is monitored by security cameras 24/7 for safety purposes.
• Please treat the space and equipment with care so everyone can enjoy the studio experience.
• Overtime will be charged if guests remain in the studio past their booking time.
• No illegal activities or weapons are permitted inside the studio.
• By booking the space, guests agree to follow all studio rules and policies.
