Cold February Films – Studio Rules & Policies

Zero Tolerance Policy

We strictly prohibit the following inside the building:
• Smoking (including marijuana)
• Alcohol or drug use
• Parties or events
• Weapons of any kind

Note: Smoking is only allowed outside at the back of the building, and all smoking-related debris (ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) must be properly cleaned up before leaving.

Guest Conduct
• Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
• Pets are welcome only if fully trained and directly involved in the shoot or project.
• All minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Maximum capacity: 10 people

Permitted Use
• Studio use is limited to legal business activities only.
• No adult filming or explicit content is allowed under any circumstances.
• Any illegal or unauthorized activity will result in:
• Immediate removal from the premises
• A $300 fine in addition to the total booking fee
• Possible notification to authorities

Cyclorama / Infinity Wall Rules
• DO NOT step on the curved portion of the wall. Always use the traction mat when entering.
• DO NOT lean, climb, or sit on the wall.
• DO NOT touch the corners or curves of the cyc wall.
• NO drinks or food allowed near the cyc wall unless otherwise approved by studio staff.

Booking & Payments
• A 2-hour minimum booking is required.
• Payment in full and signed rental agreement are due in advance to secure your time slot.
• The balance is due at the beginning of the scheduled session.
• Booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Required items before your session:
• Signed liability waiver & talent releases (for all attendees)
• Valid photo ID (copy)

Time Management & Overtime
• Set-up and breakdown must occur within your booked time.
• Overtime is billed in half-hour increments at your agreed hourly rate.
• The studio reserves the right to deny overtime requests.
