Welcome to Cold February Films — the most visually bold and versatile studio in the Greater Boston area. Whether you’re a photographer, videographer, or content creator, this is where magic happens. Private full-studio access in Peabody — $125/hr (2-hr minimum). Use any set you want, plus the cyc wall. Rain Room available (+$100, waiver required). Motorized vehicle on cyc (+$200, approval required). We never double-book — the entire studio is yours during your slot. Setup/cleanup must be inside your time.

Our Rain Room is one of a kind, making your visuals instantly cinematic. The rain system operates on cue.
Policies
• $125/hr 2-hour minimum; Private full-studio access.

• Setup/breakdown/cleanup must be inside your booking
• Overtime: 5-minute grace, then $65 per 30-minute block, rounded up, subject to availability
• Capacity: up to 10 recommended (15 max by request)
• Leave the studio as found; $100 cleaning fee if needed. Client is responsible for damages/repairs.
Prices
Includes: full access to our Cyclorama Wall and signature sets (Relentless Rorschach, Speaker Throne, Mile High Air, Cell 233, Storefront) plus the photography area (7 solid backdrops). RGB lighting included.
Optional upgrades:
• Rain Room water effect — +$100 per session (waiver required; staff-controlled)
• Green Screen — +$60 per session
• Vehicle on cyc — +$200 per session (manager approval; 3+ hour bookings only; tires must be dry)
Policies & fees:
• Setup/teardown must be inside your booked time
• Overtime after a 5-minute grace: $40 per 30 minutes, rounded up, subject to availability
• ID check and signed liability waiver required for all adults

Cold February Films – Studio Rules & Policies
Zero Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit the following inside the building:
• Smoking (including marijuana)
• Alcohol or drug use
• Parties or events
• Weapons of any kind
Note: Smoking is only allowed outside at the back of the building, and all smoking-related debris (ashes, cigarette butts, etc.) must be properly cleaned up before leaving.
Guest Conduct
• Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
• Pets are welcome only if fully trained and directly involved in the shoot or project.
• All minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Maximum capacity: 10 people
Permitted Use
• Studio use is limited to legal business activities only.
• No adult filming or explicit content is allowed under any circumstances.
• Any illegal or unauthorized activity will result in:
• Immediate removal from the premises
• A $300 fine in addition to the total booking fee
• Possible notification to authorities
Cyclorama / Infinity Wall Rules
• DO NOT step on the curved portion of the wall. Always use the traction mat when entering.
• DO NOT lean, climb, or sit on the wall.
• DO NOT touch the corners or curves of the cyc wall.
• NO drinks or food allowed near the cyc wall unless otherwise approved by studio staff.
Booking & Payments
• A 2-hour minimum booking is required.
• Payment in full and signed rental agreement are due in advance to secure your time slot.
• The balance is due at the beginning of the scheduled session.
• Booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Required items before your session:
• Signed liability waiver & talent releases (for all attendees)
• Valid photo ID (copy)
Time Management & Overtime
• Set-up and breakdown must occur within your booked time.
• Overtime is billed in half-hour increments at your agreed hourly rate.
• The studio reserves the right to deny overtime requests.
