theARTBOX is a warm, creative, and flexible event space in Quincy, MA, designed for intimate celebrations, professional gatherings, workshops, and community events. Just minutes from Boston and conveniently located near the Wollaston Red Line station, our space offers a unique alternative to a traditional meeting or event venue.
The entire space includes three distinct areas that can be used together. The spacious KimVy Room features movable tables and chairs that can be customized for workshops, meetings, art activities, presentations, celebrations, and networking. The KimThy Room is a gallery and retail space with comfortable seating, perfect for conversation, breakout sessions, or relaxing. Our reception area provides additional seating and standing space, along with an area for food, desserts, and beverages.
The space can accommodate up to 20 seated or 40 standing guests in the main room, with additional capacity throughut the lounge and reception areas. For standing receptions and networking-style events, the full space can accommodate up to 50-65 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a large display monitor, printing access, a complimentary coffee and tea station, Brita-filtered water, flexible furniture, warm lighting, and customizable lounge lighting. One to two on-site hosts are available during your event for support.
theARTBOX is ideal for business meetings, team-building activities, workshops, art and craft events, content creation, networking events, club and community gatherings, pop-ups, birthdays, showers, graduations, and other intimate celebrations.

We want every gathering at theARTBOX to be enjoyable, safe, and respectful of our space, artwork, neighbors, and community. Please review the following rules before booking:
• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• Guests must remain within the agreed-upon rental areas and respect the maximum guest capacity for the booking.
• Artwork, displays, décor, equipment, and retail merchandise may not be moved, removed, or handled without permission from theARTBOX staff.
• Tables and chairs may be rearranged with approval and must be used appropriately.
• Decorations are welcome, but nothing may be permanently attached to walls, artwork, furniture, or fixtures. No glitter, confetti, open flames, or other materials that may damage the space.
• Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Please discuss alcohol service with theARTBOX before your event. Alcohol may only be served when permitted by applicable laws and the terms of your booking.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Music and event noise must remain at a reasonable level and be respectful of neighboring businesses and the surrounding community.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and any items brought into the space.
