Just outside, there’s a landscaped courtyard with a large mural by artist HOXXOH, which adds a bit of character and works nicely as a backdrop if you’re using the outdoor space as well.

• No smoking, open flames, confetti or decor affixed to the structure.
• Outside alcohol and food prohibited. Security required if alcohol is served.
• Cleaning fee of $150 required with each reservation. Damage to space will result in additional charges.
• Nonrefundable 50% booking deposit (will be applied to rental fee) and a $500 refundable security deposit due at the time of booking confirmation. Balance will be collected 30 days in advance of event. Cancellations less than 30 days of event receive a 50% refund.
