- A responsible adult must be present and supervise attendees at all times during the event.
- Please adhere to the maximum capacity limits of the gym as discussed during your booking.
- Only pre-approved gym equipment may be used during your event. Any specialized equipment needs must be discussed and approved prior to your rental.
- Decorations are permitted but must not damage walls, floors, or equipment. Please use only non-marking tape or approved hanging methods.
Glitter, confetti, and similar materials are strictly prohibited due to cleaning difficulties.
- Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in designated areas only. Please inquire about these areas when booking. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval and appropriate licensing (if required) have been obtained.
- You are responsible for leaving the gym in the condition you found it. All trash must be collected and placed in the designated receptacles. A cleaning fee may be applied if the space is not left in a satisfactory condition.
- The renter is responsible for any damage to the facility or equipment that occurs during their rental period.
