About this space
Solei Parties is a 1,000-square-foot event venue suited to birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, networking events, workshops, girls' nights, and other private celebrations. The open layout gives you plenty of room to set up the space for your event.
Your booking includes private use of the venue, tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, a restroom, a prep sink, a storage room, a bar area for food and drinks, a digital photo booth with a selection of backdrops, and free on-site parking. Balloon displays, party décor, table settings, DJs, dessert tables, photography, videography, signage, party favours, and event planning services are also available on request for an additional fee.

Host rules
By booking the venue, you agree to the following:
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the venue. This is a strict policy. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in additional cleaning fees and may forfeit your security deposit.
• The renter is responsible for the actions of all guests, vendors, and children.
• Rental time includes setup and cleanup. All guests and belongings must be out by the end of your reservation to avoid overtime charges.
• All trash must be bagged and taken to the on-site dumpster before leaving. Trash may not be left inside or outside the venue.
• Remove all food, drinks, decorations, and personal belongings at the end of your event unless other arrangements have been made.
• No glitter, loose confetti, confetti balloons, smoke machines, fog machines, fireworks, sparklers, or open flames.
• Do not tape, staple, nail, or attach anything that could damage walls, windows, ceilings, furniture, or fixtures.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please treat the venue, furniture, décor, and photo booth equipment with care. The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused by guests or vendors.
• Music must comply with local noise ordinances.
• Alcohol is permitted only if served responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. The renter assumes full responsibility for alcohol service and guest conduct.
• Solei Parties is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
• Optional add-ons, including balloon décor, party décor, tables, chairs, DJ services, photography, and event planning, must be booked in advance and are subject to additional fees.
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning or damage charges, loss of the security deposit, immediate termination of the event, and/or denial of future bookings.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
