It's a great space for your next photo shoot. By booking the space you gain access to the paradise-like pool with a built-in sun deck and rocky waterfall with palm trees and greenery.
It can accommodate up to 12 people.

- the strobe light with trigger,

- standard C stand with an arm,
- 2 6ft tables.

Noise must be kept to a respectable volume as we have neighbors. Please coordinate with the studio ahead of time if you feel your booking may generate noise beyond a reasonable volume.
Overtime hours are billed at the same rate per hour as the original booking (not factoring in any promo codes or discounts used). You can extend your time if there is no booking after yours. Please keep in mind that we close at 5 pm.
You must be COMPLETELY wrapped by the end of your booking to avoid overtime hours being billed. If you are still shooting and/or wrapping up when your booking ends, this will count as overtime.
The space must be left the way you found it. All equipment must be put away, with trash brought to the trash bins.
THE USE OF GLITTER IS NOT ALLOWED.
NO ROUGH PLAY IN OR AROUND THE POOL IS ALLOWED!
DRUGS AND SMOKING/VAPING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
DO NOT use the public areas as an extension of the space. Filming and shooting are only permitted within the studio spaces.
Please do not drag any furniture or heavy objects across the floors. Please ask if you need assistance moving anything.
No smoke machines are allowed.
No nudity is allowed.
