Rules of the Space
• Booking time must include set-up and breakdown.
• Overtime billed at $300/hour (charged in 30-minute increments).
• Maximum guest count: 40 people unless pre-approved.
• No excessively loud music or noise after 9:00 PM.
• DJ setups and live music require prior approval.
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• No Alcohol permitted
• No illegal substances allowed.
• No nails, screws, staples, or damaging adhesives on walls/surfaces.
• All decorations must be removed without damage.
• Furniture/equipment must be returned to original position.
• Damages will be billed at replacement cost.
• Guest responsible for basic clean-up and trash removal.
• Cleaning fee may apply ($150) if space is left in poor condition.
• Outside catering allowed with prior approval; caterers must remove all waste.
• No open flames without written approval.
• Rescheduling allowed once, within 3 months, subject to availability.
• 25% non-refundable deposit required, applied toward final balance.

We welcome both short-term creative rentals and private events.
Custom packages are available for multi-day bookings or recurring events.
Security deposit and insurance may be required depending on the nature of the event.
