About this space

Our space is fully customizable, pop up/photo ready, and conveniently located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This unique space is suitable for events, pop ups, photo and video shoots with crews up to 10 and events 30+. We can be very flexible for partial or full takeovers and adjust rates accordingly. It can be furnished or cleared. Open to collaborated and sponsored pop-ups as well.

The studio features one large, fully furnished main room, lit, and decorated and one private bathroom.

SCHEDULING
Our minimum booking is half day, 4 hrs. Please be sure your booking request includes enough time to load in, set up, wrap, and load out.

DAYLIGHT/LIGHT
This space has large north-facing front glass doors with two smaller windows, which let in a lot of light. It also features 14 Hue smart light bulbs in the ceiling that can be controlled as a unit, independently, and in full color.

RECORDING SOUND?
This location is on a quiet street, and there have been videos recorded here, but it is not a sound stage.

EQUIPMENT/PROPS
Any available tech/props in the space is included in the rate should you want to use any of it.

ELECTRIC:
100 amps- 4x20a circuits are available for lights and equipment

AUDIO:
3 Sonos Era 100 speakers, 2 in the main room and 1 in the bathroom

GENERAL RULES
- The client agrees to abide by all NYC Fire Department regulations.
- No subletting or sharing of the space to or with any other company.
- No smoking inside of the space, outside smoking is ok
- Please leave the space in the same condition you found it.

FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT
- Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care.
- Additional equipment should be handled with care and returned to the office. Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted to the space and anything in it.

PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE TO:

- Turn on or change air conditioners
- Operate Equipment

If a client/tenant, representative or group violates any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such persons, including any and all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
