* Minimum booking time is 2 hours.
* A 50% deposit is required to reserve.
* The remaining balance must be paid at the lobby before the session begins.
* No weapons allowed.
* No smoking indoors.
* No pets allowed.
* Clients are responsible for all damages to equipment, furniture, or studio property.

For bigger sessions, the Flagler Suite has the room and gear to support you. From music and video to podcasting, this space covers it all! Free parking is available both on-site and nearby, so you and your team can focus on the work without the hassle.
