The 23’ x 29’ entertainment and photography area is the main working zone. It’s large enough for professional photo shoots, film scenes, interviews, podcast or video podcast sets, lookbooks, and even small performances or workshops. There’s room to build out multiple sets over time, whether that’s a cyc wall, backdrop stations, or styled corners.

The 41’ x 12’ hallway and gallery space is something most studios simply don’t have. It works beautifully for art exhibitions, fashion displays, wardrobe racks, or immersive walkthrough experiences. It can function as a gallery, an event reception corridor, or even a branded storytelling installation that guides guests into the main space.

There’s also a dedicated workspace for editing, post-production, client previews, and production meetings. It keeps projects organized and gives your team a proper base of operations. The lounge adds a comfortable layer — perfect as a waiting area, green room, or networking spot during events. It makes longer sessions feel easy rather than exhausting.
