CML Studios Miami is a production-style event venue that provides an adaptable open studio environment serving as a neutral blank canvas for staged or club-style events.

Design: High ceilings and minimal fixed fittings create an industrial, black-box studio aesthetic. White walls and dark floors provide a neutral backdrop and clear sightlines across the main floor.

Features: The space includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, step-free guest access and accessible toilets. A permanent DJ table, raised platform, freestanding speaker stacks and stanchioned crowd barriers are in place, and hosts may bring their own DJs and play their own music.

Ideal for: Creative promoters and production teams seeking a flexible, production-ready studio for standing receptions, performances and social gatherings.
