This quaint yet high-end space overlooks the elegant and serene Surfside/Miami Beach neighborhood, one block-one minute away-from the beach and Collins Avenue and about 5 minutes by car to Bal Harbour shops.

It is a sizeable open layout designed to accommodate an intimate 180 for meetings, conferences, workshops, networking events, and small concerts. The venue carries a stage, an enormous LED wall, a professional sound system, a lighting system, Wi-Fi at lightning speed, and seats that are very versatile.

Streaming gear, a dressing room, and parking arrangements are some of the other conveniences available. This venue is also great for a photo shoot and a video shoot, offering a functional, highly adjustable backdrop for your production.

Host rules

We’re happy to host your event and want everyone to have a great experience while keeping the venue in top shape. To help us do that, please keep in mind:

No smoking indoors

Outside catering is welcome, as long as it follows our guidelines

Alcohol service must be arranged with us in advance (no outside alcohol)

All events, music, and amplified sound must end by 10:00 PM

Please, no confetti, glitter, open flames, or adult filming/content

You’re welcome to move furniture – just return it to its original position

Avoid nails, screws, or adhesives on walls or surfaces

Remove all items you bring in and place trash in the provided bins

Damages to the space or equipment will be billed to the guest
