About this space
Casa Studios is a versatile boutique event and production venue located in Surfside, Miami, just one block from Collins Avenue and 5 minutes from Bal Harbour.
The space can accommodate up to 170 guests in theater-style seating and can be configured for corporate events, conferences, workshops, presentations, networking events, brand activations, private celebrations, live performances, photo and video productions, podcasts, and more.
The venue features a professional stage, LED screens, sound and lighting systems, microphones, Wi-Fi, and flexible seating configurations. Additional production services, including streaming, video recording, technical support, enhanced lighting, and live music setup, are available upon request.
Casa Studios also offers a lobby/reception area, green room, café area, and on-site parking. Outside catering is welcome, and alcohol is permitted for private events subject to venue policies and applicable licensing requirements.
With its flexible layout and built-in audiovisual capabilities, Casa Studios offers an adaptable setting for both professional productions and memorable private events.
Prices
Additional services and equipment are available upon request, including LED screens, wireless microphones, enhanced lighting, video recording, streaming, technical support, green room access and parking.
A $200 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. Custom packages are available depending on your event needs.

Host rules
We’re happy to host your event and want everyone to have a great experience while keeping the venue in top shape. To help us do that, please keep in mind:
No smoking indoors
Outside catering is welcome, as long as it follows our guidelines
Alcohol service must be arranged with us in advance (no outside alcohol)
All events, music, and amplified sound must end by 10:00 PM
Please, no confetti, glitter, open flames, or adult filming/content
You’re welcome to move furniture – just return it to its original position
Avoid nails, screws, or adhesives on walls or surfaces
Remove all items you bring in and place trash in the provided bins
Damages to the space or equipment will be billed to the guest
