About this space
We are a podcast + photo studio that comes pre-lit and includes all audio equipment needed to record your podcast!
We can also provide any video services + editing services needed! You can rent our cameras or hire a staff member to run your session and engineer + video record your podcast!
There is a kitchen, multiple bathrooms, 1 in-lot parking spot accompanied with lots of street parking!
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ADD ANY ADDITIONAL TIME LAST MINUTE THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED TIME AND A HALF!
THERE IS NO FILMING ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE PODCAST STUDIO, if this is something your crew needs please send us a message at least 2 days in advance to see if we can accommodate you.

General Rules
- No smoking in the building ($250 fine), we have an outside smoking area with couches and lighting!
- No alcohol allowed before 7pm.
- No crews larger than 6.
- No filming outside of the podcast studio.
