We have add-ons for your session that include video services, post production, producer roles & much more! Please inquire with any questions!
There is a kitchen, multiple bathrooms, an outside smoking area & plenty of street parking

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ADD ANY ADDITIONAL TIME LAST MINUTE THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED TIME AND A HALF!
THERE IS NO FILMING ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE PODCAST STUDIO, if this is something your crew needs please send us a message at least 2 days in advance to see if we can accommodate you.

General Rules
- No smoking in the building ($250 fine), we have an outside smoking area with couches and lighting!
- No alcohol allowed before 7pm.
- No crews larger than 6.
- No filming outside of the podcast studio.
