About this space

A compact interior control room with a low-to-medium ceiling, carpeted floor and neutral painted walls fitted with acoustic panels. Artificial lighting provides all illumination and there are no visible windows.

Room features: A compact tracking setup provides a pair of nearfield studio monitors and a vocal microphone on a stand, supplemented by a small PA speaker system for playback. Room Wi‑Fi and air conditioning support production sessions.

Best for: Music recording, vocal and instrument tracking, and small-band rehearsals.

What sets it apart: A suspended acoustic ceiling baffle provides additional ceiling-level sound absorption for tighter room acoustics.
