The space is 6000 sqft and can accommodate up to 120 people, with a minimum booking time of 5 hours at $300 per hour. The venue is equipped with soundproofing, WiFi, restrooms (including ADA-compliant ones), and street-level access. It’s also wheelchair accessible and provides free onsite and street parking, with additional parking space for 10 cars in the rear.

Catering and drink options are flexible, allowing you to bring in external vendors or use the kitchen for an additional fee. Both vegetarian and vegan options can be provided. Alcohol is permitted, and you may choose between bar services or external suppliers with a corkage fee if needed. The venue supports music with a DJ or your own system, and noise restrictions may apply depending on the event.
