Our intimate and lush-covered garden will transport you and your guests to another place and time.
We only cater to one party at a time so that you can enjoy the whole garden space. Our guests are delighted when they walk through the gate into the open garden patio with a clear, see-through patio covering.
We have an intimate lounge and bar area along with the central patio.

Host rules
• Date deposits start at $1000.00 and vary by event type and date.
• Deposits become non-refundable after 48 hours; cancellations within this window result in a full refund minus a $150.00 admin fee.
• Final payments due two weeks before the event; late payments incur a 10% rescheduling fee within a year.
• A $500 damage and overtime deposit is refundable within five days post-event, if no damages or overtime fees apply.
• Overtime is charged at $45.00 for every 15 minutes beyond the contracted end time.
• A 20% administrative charge is added to the total event cost; package pricing and specials are exempt.
• Gratuity is discretionary for the client.
• Free parking on Bakman Ave. and nearby streets; valet service available for larger parties.
• The garden is sheltered with heating, umbrellas, misters, and fans for various weather conditions.
• All decorations require approval and BSG staff arrangement, incurring additional costs.
• Clients may bring simple decorations but must remove them post-event to avoid a cleaning charge.
• The garden isn't suitable for small children; please notify in advance to plan for their safety.
• BSG staff exclusively handle the bar.
• Bartenders are required for hard alcoholic beverages.
• Beer and wine bars can be self-serve with BSG staff oversight.
• Alcohol provision needs approval and incurs a setup fee.
• Personal alcoholic beverages for guests are not allowed without Bexx's approval.
• A designated smoking area is available upon request to avoid disturbing non-smoking guests.
• Bluetooth system access is included with your rental.
• Approved DJs, small bands, and dancing are allowed with prior arrangements.
• BSG will try to locate lost items but does not guarantee retrieval.
• BSG is not responsible for items left behind, and damage to client-supplied items is not BSG's responsibility.
