About this space
The main downstairs area is a spacious open layout with a raw edge Calcutta gold marble table that can be easily moved to make additional space for complex camera and lighting setups. The master bedroom is a favorite for photo shoots and gets fantastic natural light throughout the day. The bedroom connects to our large master bathroom, which is unusually large and contains an oversized bathtub. The bathroom is great for shooting and can also be used as a makeup and wardrobe changing area.
Upstairs you’ll find the crown of the loft, our tropical Caravana lounge, which is filled with low custom-made Moroccan cushions and pillows, organic hemp and goats wool Turkish rugs, painted statement walls, a dreamy palm tree, and our new majestic eight-foot floor mirror custom built from wood beams of an ancient temple in Jakarta.
Perfect for photo shoots, sitting in a circle, blessing ways, mediations, and creative masterminds. With an array of unique decor, textures, and vignettes, the lounge upstairs is spectacular for creating content.

* No Smoking cigarettes (cannabis is allowed if it's something you're selling as a product)
* No shoes, food or drinks upstairs please
* No shooting outside without permission
* Coasters are required on marble surfaces
* Alcohol is permitted for all guests over 21 years of age upon approval
*For anyone with allergies, please keep in mind we have a small cat on premises. She is very sweet and hides in the closet :)
CLEANING FEES -- Cleaning fees may apply depending on number of crew, size and scope of the shoot.
MULTIPLE PHOTOGRAPHERS -- Our standard booking rate is for 1 photographer. If you'd like to bring an additional photographer or videographer, we add an additional $25 to the hourly rate.
NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Our community Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.
PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
