- Hourly rentals include a 30-minute setup period prior to the event and a 30-minute cleanup
- The Farmhouse is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted inside our building or restroom.
- Damage to the space will result in extra charge
- Loud music must be turned off by 10pm
- The use of staples, nails, screws, or adhesive tape on walls, furniture, or other surfaces is not permitted.
- All children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Farm animals reside throughout the property. Guests may observe animals at their own discretion; however entering pens is strictly prohibited. Use of the Venue and all surrounding grounds is at the renter’s and guests’ own risk.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
