Its 550 square feet of space offers comfortable seating for up to 17 guests, a 75" display, a whiteboard, a private on-suite bathroom, a lounge area, a wet bar, strip views, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. With your booking, you'll have access to Corporate amenities, such as Nitro cold brew on tap, a café, a kitchen, phone booths, and other communal areas.

Host rules

Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to property or equipment that occurs during the time Renter or Renters party occupies the premises. Damage deposits will be held until repair can be made. If the damage exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, Renter agrees to pay reasonable additional repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Renter Agrees to pay for damage to the premises including spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture, wallpaper or painted surfaces.
