You'll love our open floorplan, expansive space, and timeless design. Studio B is the perfect place to work on your creative masterpiece.

This is an invitation to experience our event venue uniquely. We want you to come and listen, interact, and enjoy the space while considering its potential for your next creative project or event gathering.

Our space has been designed with creative freedom in mind, giving you all the room you need to get your ideas moving. With 900 square feet of creative work space and sweeping staircases, this is the perfect environment for any project.

Studio B has 900 square feet of creative work space with high ceilings and an additional room with a large mirror, a high counter, and stools that's perfect when you need more workspace.

You'll also find a kitchen with a sink and a watercolor station, a fridge, and a microwave. We also offer free high-speed Wi-Fi in our venue.

Host rules

The hours you book the studio are the time you arrive at the studio to the time that you leave. Your rental times include your setup, breakdown and cleanup.

If you and all your items are not out of the studio by the end time of your booking, we will charge you for the additional time. We charge in 1/2hr increments at the full rental rate.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the studio or around 20ft off the premises.

We have a pristine white cyc because we are constantly painting it. However, we often have back to back bookings where there may be a couple of visible scratches from the previous booking. We can remove most between rentals, but if you require a perfect cyc please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We need 4–6 hours to fully paint the cyc and have it dry in time for your rental.
