The Culture Courtyard offers a vibrant and inviting atmosphere with 850 square feet of bright colors, a deck, turf, and a greenery wall. Seating for 20 ensures a cozy and stylish setting perfect for intimate gatherings or relaxing breaks. The space comes alive at night with overhead rope lighting and a neon sign that reads, "Say yes to new Adventures."
You can rent the Courtyard with the den or as an add-on to any of our other spaces. It features a SONOS sound system for great audio quality.

Host rules
Renters must be 21+ with valid ID. Include setup and cleanup in your booking hours and vacate by the end of your reservation. Overtime is billed in half-hour increments at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
Outside food and drinks are allowed. Glass tables can be rented for $10/table, and all furniture must be returned to its original position. No weapons, illegal drugs, smoking, or hookahs are permitted.
A $50 cleaning fee applies. Leave the space as found, and damages will be charged. Linens and ice are not provided; service dogs only. Additional fees may apply.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
