Our Private Meeting Space is ideal for team meetings, workshops, presentations, and even intimate parties. It offers easy access with street parking, nearby paid lots, and dedicated spots for hosts. The room seats up to 20 people and includes a projectable 70″ Smart LED TV, white erase board, and plenty of natural light.

Amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, and flexible seating arrangements with six 6ft tables and 20 folding chairs, making it perfect for both professional and social gatherings.

Host rules

Renters must be 21+ with valid ID. Include setup and cleanup in your booking hours and vacate by the end of your reservation. Overtime is billed in half-hour increments at 1.5 times the hourly rate.

Outside food and drinks are allowed. Glass tables can be rented for $10/table, and all furniture must be returned to its original position. No weapons, illegal drugs, smoking, or hookahs are permitted.

A $50 cleaning fee applies. Leave the space as found, and damages will be charged. Linens and ice are not provided; service dogs only. Additional fees may apply.
