Prices
To secure your event, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of signing. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the event. Late payments may result in cancellation.
All prices are subject to sales tax. You are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning beyond the standard post-event service. Extra cleaning is billed at $200 per hour, and any additional charges will be billed at cost.

11th Avenue Hostel is a smoke-free building, and smoking or vaping of any kind is never allowed inside the building and will result in up to $500 in fines and immediate eviction without a refund.
