About this space
Fresh Tape Media is a production studio available for film shoots, photography sessions, content creation, workshops, and private events. The space features a 13 ft × 13 ft × 13 ft cyclorama wall, overhead RGB LED lighting, and large east-facing windows that provide natural daylight, with blackout curtains available when required.
The studio includes a loft overlooking the main floor, a Bluetooth speaker system, guest Wi-Fi, a catering area, access to a shared office kitchen, loading doors with a gated loading area, and two on-site parking spaces, with additional free street parking nearby. Cameras and production equipment can be hired separately, and production support is available on request. The cyclorama wall can also be painted in a custom colour for an additional fee. Please note that restroom access is limited and should be arranged in advance for bookings longer than three hours.
Prices
- $55/hr weekdays 9:00AM to 5:00 PM
- $115/hr weekdays 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM (available 24 hrs with a 10PM amplified noise cutoff)
- $115/hr all day Saturday and Sunday
- 2 hour minimumi
- $75 repainting fee
- $200 refundable security deposit (will be refunded upon successful inspection after the shoot)

Host rules
Renter is solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on Company Premises. Renter agrees to:
• No smoking whatsoever in the building or within 30 ft of any entrance
• No alcoholic beverages on site without prior written consent of a Company representative
• Keep sound at reasonable level (Renter assumes legal and financial responsibility for noise violations during their rental)
• No pets allowed without prior written consent of a Company representative
• Maximum of twelve people in Renter’s party
• A Company representative may, at Company’s sole discretion, be present at all times
• No hazardous, illegal, or negligent practices, activities, or substances
• Must have proof of parental consent if models or photographic subjects are under the age of 18
