RiNo Art Park & Truss House is an industrial warehouse-style event venue centred on a broad, adaptable indoor gallery space.
Design: Exposed steelwork, painted masonry walls and a concrete floor create a raw, utilitarian aesthetic. Tall walls and wide spans provide clear sightlines and room for large-scale displays or immersive lighting.
Features: A single open-plan floorplate allows flexible layouts for staging, standing areas or exhibition displays. An overhead truss grid and fitted stage lighting support production setups. The venue includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, natural light, accessible toilets and wheelchair access, and hosts can play their own music or bring a DJ.
Ideal for: Medium-sized creative and social groups seeking a flexible, relaxed layout for standing receptions or gallery-style displays.

General Event Policies
To ensure a safe and successful experience for all guests, RiNo Art District reserves the right to oversee and manage all events held at Truss House, including monitoring sound levels and determining security requirements when necessary.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside Truss House and throughout RiNo ArtPark.
Renters are responsible for the condition, safety, and proper use of the venue during their rental period, including the conduct of guests, vendors, contractors, and event staff.
A pre-event inspection and post-event walkthrough will be conducted to document the condition of the facility.
Rental agreements must include all setup, event, and tear-down time. Additional hours beyond the standard rental period may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.
Truss House does not hold a liquor license. Organizations serving alcohol may be required to obtain a Special Event Liquor Permit through the City and County of Denver.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
