Truss House is a flexible event and performance venue located within RiNo ArtPark, designed to support artists, community events, and cultural programming. Managed by RiNo Art District, the space accommodates performances, exhibitions, weddings, festivals, and neighborhood gatherings.
Amenities include an open-concept main room, a green room, mezzanine level, eight single all-gender restrooms, kitchen and laundry facilities, theatre lighting, Wi-Fi, and a garage door providing direct access to the adjacent lawn.

General Event Policies
To ensure a safe and successful experience for all guests, RiNo Art District reserves the right to oversee and manage all events held at Truss House, including monitoring sound levels and determining security requirements when necessary.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside Truss House and throughout RiNo ArtPark.
Renters are responsible for the condition, safety, and proper use of the venue during their rental period, including the conduct of guests, vendors, contractors, and event staff.
A pre-event inspection and post-event walkthrough will be conducted to document the condition of the facility.
Rental agreements must include all setup, event, and tear-down time. Additional hours beyond the standard rental period may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.
Truss House does not hold a liquor license. Organizations serving alcohol may be required to obtain a Special Event Liquor Permit through the City and County of Denver.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
RiNo Art Park & Truss House is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
