At Park Place, we offer our banquet hall for rent for weddings, showers, memorials, corporate events, and more. Located in Dearborn, MI, the space accommodates up to 250 guests and includes tables and chairs. With flexible rental options and a convenient location, our hall provides a spacious setting for any event.
Prices
For hall rental only, add-on prices are as follows:
Tables: $10.00 each
Chairs: $5.00 each
Linens: $3.00 each
Chair covers: $3.00 each
China and silverware: $7.00 per person
Waitstaff: + 20% of total cost

Sunday–Thursday: $200/hour (4-hour minimum = $800 minimum spend on room hire alone)
Friday & Saturday: $300/hour (5-hour minimum = $1,500 minimum spend on room hire alone)
Catering Menus. For our catering menus, there is no additional room charge. The minimum price depends on your menu choice and guest count.
Total minimum cost for either option would be:
If only renting the banquet hall: room hire fee x number of hours
If choosing one of our catering menus: price per person depending on menu × number of guests

Host rules
The lessee is responsible for any Park Place property that is missing or damaged
Smoking is not permitted inside the building
Events must remain within our maximum capacity of 250 guests and are scheduled for a standard duration of 4 hours (12:00 pm-4:00 pm & 6:00 pm-10:00 pm), with additional time available at an extra charge
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation
Cancellation policy: Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund will be issued. All payments made will be forfeited in full.
48–72 hours before the event: Your deposit will be refunded; any additional payments will not be refunded. More than 72 hours before the event: Refunds are subject to company approval and will take into account any expenses already incurred on your behalf.
Clients are responsible for any damages that occur during their event
Music volume must adhere to local noise ordinances
Decor restrictions: Guests are responsible for the setup and cleanup of their own decorations. Decorations may not be taped, nailed, or pinned to walls or ceilings. No confetti, glitter, or popcorn. No smoke or fog machines. Candles are allowed if in glass enclosures
No outside alcohol is allowed
Outside catering is permitted, but you must clearly inform your guests that the food is being provided by you (not by our company), and the renter assumes full responsibility and liability for all outside food brought into the venue.
Pet policy: Animals are permitted only if properly restrained by leash or contained within an appropriate enclosure at all times. The client assumes full responsibility for the supervision, behavior, and any damages or incidents involving the animal(s).
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
