Perfect for: bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, cocktail receptions, and smaller celebrations. It supports both seated and open-format layouts.
Prices
1/2 down plus a $200 refundable security deposit to hold the space, with the remainder due prior to the event.
A $100 cleaning fee will be added to the total cost. Audiovisual equipment is available on-site for $250 per event.

Host rules
- No glitter
- No open flames
- No use of damaging materials to the interior, such as Staples, nails, or duct tape. Black gaffer tape is permitted on the floor.
- Absolutely no alcohol sales
- Everything goes, and nothing stays. Decor, personal, and rental items all must be removed by the end of the event.
- No smoking in the building or within 25 feet of doors.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
