This allows for dynamic event flow – whether separating cocktail hour and reception spaces, hosting breakout sessions, or creating immersive, multi-experience events. Each area features clean, adaptable layouts, abundant natural light, and gallery-style walls that serve as a blank canvas for personalized design and branding.

- No glitter
- No open flames
- No use of damaging materials to the interior, such as Staples, nails, or duct tape. Black gaffer tape is permitted on the floor.
- Absolutely no alcohol sales
- Everything goes, and nothing stays. Decor, personal, and rental items all must be removed by the end of the event.
- No smoking in the building or within 25 feet of doors.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
