About this space
The Full Gallery rental at Events at the Gallery offers exclusive access to both Walker Hall and Shroyer Hall. Clients can utilize the entire venue as a multi-room environment. This allows for dynamic event flow – whether separating cocktail hour and reception spaces, hosting breakout sessions, or creating immersive, multi-experience events. Each area features clean, adaptable layouts, abundant natural light, and gallery-style walls that serve as a blank canvas for personalized design and branding.
In addition to the space itself, clients have access to professional event support, preferred vendor partnerships, and optional enhancements such as catering coordination and audiovisual services.
Prices
1/2 down plus a $200 refundable security deposit to hold the space, with the remainder due prior to the event.
A $100 cleaning fee will be added to the total cost. Audiovisual equipment is available on-site for $250 per event.

Host rules
- No glitter
- No open flames
- No use of damaging materials to the interior, such as Staples, nails, or duct tape. Black gaffer tape is permitted on the floor.
- Absolutely no alcohol sales
- Everything goes, and nothing stays. Decor, personal, and rental items all must be removed by the end of the event.
- No smoking in the building or within 25 feet of doors.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
