Guests also have access to bathrooms on this level. A freestanding fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, creating a cozy yet elevated atmosphere ideal for dining, gathering, or relaxing during events.

Package per person

The package per person includes one bartender to serve the alcohol you bring. The bartender can serve simple cocktails, beer, and wine. If a specialty cocktail is provided, it must be given to us pre-mixed. We have a tap system on site that takes sixtel kegs. Our bartender can serve from the taps, but you must bring the kegs.

Host rules

Bartender & Alcohol: Bartender service is available if selected. Client must provide all alcohol. No self-service. All guests must comply with Ohio alcohol laws.
Catering & Food Policy: All food must be prepared off-site (no kitchen). If bringing a meal, all items, tableware, and utensils must be disposable. Caterers must be licensed and insured, provide all equipment, and remove all food, waste, and materials after the event. Preferred caterer list available.
Capacity & Use: Max indoor capacity: 40 guests. Events must stay within the agreed time. Additional time is billed hourly. Guest count may not exceed the agreed number; violations may incur fees.
Setup & Cleanup: Setup and breakdown must occur within the rental period unless arranged otherwise. Client must remove all items and leave the venue as found. Excessive cleaning may result in fees.
Layout & Furniture: Space is provided as-is. Furniture may not be moved without prior written approval and must remain in place. Unauthorized changes may result in fees.
Pigfoot Inn Policy: Weekend bookings typically require full-house rental. Individual rooms may be available week-of if not fully booked. Weekday individual bookings allowed. Full-house bookings include outdoor spaces. Indoor areas are reserved for overnight guests only.
Staff Support: No on-site staff unless bartender is booked. Staff are nearby for emergencies only. Client coordinates all vendors, setup, and flow. Venue does not provide linens, serviceware, or staffing.
Candles & Fire Safety: Candles must be contained, supervised, and on stable, non-flammable surfaces. No open flames beyond enclosed candles. Fire extinguishers are in each bathroom. Client assumes responsibility.
Damages: Client is responsible for any damage to property, furnishings, or artwork.
End of Event Responsibilities: Client must ensure guests leave, lights off, doors locked, trash disposed properly, and all items/vendors removed. Failure may result in fees.
