- All clients who book their wedding or event with Bella Woods gain complimentary access to the property for photoshoots. (Mon-Thurs, from 9 AM to 5 PM)

- Professional caterers must provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) with our company listed as Additional Insured. Bartenders are also required to submit TABC licenses and COI's following the same protocol.
- Not professional caterers may bring their own food with the purchase of a one-day event insurance policy.
- Smoking inside is prohibited
